Subdivisions Scenic Grove
Location
Located about 5 miles west of Menomonee Falls and Germantown, just north of  HWY Q on Scenic Road.

Improvements
Residents of the 10 lot Scenic Grove subdivision will share ownership in approximately 18 acres of open space. The price of each lot includes paved streets and are improved with underground gas, electricity, telephone and cable. Home sites will require both well and septic systems to be located at predetermined locations.

Basic Restrictions
All lots in Scenic Grove are restricted to the building of a one story, story and one-half or two story single family residence with a minimum of a two car attached garage. The exterior of all structures shall be constructed of brick, stone, cedar, stucco or other approved natural material (including man made) or a combination thereof. Each home shall be roofed with an Architectural or Dimensional Shingle.

The Continental Divide Company must approve all building plans and exterior designs, emphasis will be on architectural details of each elevation.

The minimum living area of the home is as follows:

One story residence must be no less than 2000 sq. ft.

Two Story residence must be no less than 2400 sq. ft. with 1300 sq. ft. on the first floor
